Misc unarmed/blades/impact tools

Every one of these self-coaching clips were done cold, unrehearsed (in one case totally ad-libbed), one take

Now this was good.

I did this absolutely spur of the moment and ad-libbed everything.  No rehearsal just instant creating.  He was a total s#@t.

I simply wanted to give him a little hint.

I had made friends with a fellow who turned out to be a chronic abusive alcoholic who had said some incredibly cruel things to me the night before.  I found out from my neighbor that he was describing me to her in equally cruel ways, he was on the run from the law because of a domestic abuse charge from his wife and even his mother quit doing anything for him if he was drunk (which was verrry often).
He already had the symptoms of not eating (pancreas gives up).

On impulse I thought I'd do some ad-hoc practice and hopefully make him think twice about who he picks on....and I was being very nice.
I'm wondering if I should have been these days.

Only easy harmless classical techniques because I didn't want to give away what I'd really do - I probably used only 1/5th impact I have available.

When I had him put on the duty cuffs,
he had a poorly hidden grin like "Aha I've got her now" look
but he did get scared when I got out of the handcuffs -  and realize what I could have done with the wire.
That was still being nice...as well as the only somewhat practical technique I demo'd.

Everything I did here was not what I'd actually do which I personally know works.

Using 6-D Cell Maglite as a straight baton (or sword).
The sword type strikes were to test the force vs time impulse
I've only seen professional heavyweight boxers able to fold a stiff 80lb heavybag like this so I was happy

You get more company that way!
